School Rules

Personal Appearance of Learners:

The appearance and dress code must adhere to the standards established by the staff and parents of our school. The principal, or in his absence, the teacher in charge, is the only one who judges whether appearance or dress is acceptable.

Correct school or sports attire must be worn during school hours or after any school activity, unless the principal has authorized alternative dress.

Behavior of Learners:

Learners must attend school punctually. Only the principal can grant permission for absence. School property, or the property of any other person on the school premises, may not be damaged or defaced. Parents will be held responsible in this regard.

While a learner is under the school’s supervision, they may not harm or endanger anyone’s physical well-being, and may not possess any object that could cause physical injury, discomfort, embarrassment, general disturbance, or damage to property.

Cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, drugs, offensive reading material or images are strictly prohibited on school grounds, or anywhere where the school’s name could be compromised. No notices or pamphlets may be distributed or displayed on school premises or any place where the school’s name could be involved, without the principal’s permission.

Participation in the School Program

A learner who voluntarily joins an extracurricular school activity must fulfill their obligations punctually, unless exempted by the principal or the teacher in charge.

If a learner is unable to attend school, meet an extracurricular obligation, wear the correct school uniform, or fulfill any other school duty, the learner must provide a written request or explanation from the parents. This must be approved and signed by the principal.

Learners may not use any school facilities or equipment outside of school hours, or outside of the times for extracurricular activities, without the principal’s permission. A learner who wishes to enter the school building outside of school hours must be accompanied by a teacher.

General:

No learner may, in any way, bring the school’s name into disrepute according to the judgment of the principal and the governing body.

Learners who violate any of these rules are subject to reasonable punishment as imposed by the principal and teachers.
